| The RAZORS are
a Midlands based band featuring
Howard Smith(Guitar/Vocals), Craig Rhind(Bass) and Chas Chaplin(Drums).
They have been
playing a broad range of blues based material for around nine years
in the UK and Europe and have recently recorded and released a new
studio CD. |

Taking the sort of high-energy R'n'B popularized by the likes of Dr
Feelgood and Nine Below Zero as a starting point, the Razors throw
in a wide range of musical influences to create an original but very
accessible take on contemporary blues today. |

Howard Smith is one of the most charismatic and memorable performers
on the rhythm and blues scene at present and with the formidable
pairing of Craig Rhind and Chas Chaplin, the band is always an
exciting proposition live.
Howard's
passionate voacls, spine-tingling slide playing and sheer intensity
combine to create an irresistable tour de force, and the Razors are
definiteley a breath of musical fresh air. |

RAZORS new full length studio CD has now been completed and is available
at gigs and by mail order. |

| Recorded at Far
Heath Studios in Northamptonshire, it features six originals and four covers
and brilliantly captures the current form of the band. |
